Bristol Almondsbury Dental Implant Clinic, part of Bupa, is a dental implant only clinic situated on the outskirts of Bristol. We are solely focused on providing quality implant treatment to restore and replace missing teeth. We have been placing implants for over 15 years, providing a permanent solution for failing, damaged or missing teeth.
At the Bristol Almondsbury Dental Implant Clinic, we place over 400 implants a year. We offer anything from single implants to smile in a day treatments to reconstruct single or both arches.

There is free on-site parking in our estate, which is shared with the RAC building just round the corner. We’re easily reached by the M1 bus from Bristol’s City Centre and Bristol Parkway Train Station.
Our reputation has been built on the quality implant care we offer. Because of this, patients travel from all over the South West to see us, including from Bristol, Somerset, Gloucester, Wales and beyond.

An experienced implant team
Our implant dentist, Ioannis, has been placing dental implants since 2006. He holds master's degrees in both prosthodontics and implantology and places hundreds of implants every year.

Ioannis Kakisis
Ioannis Kakisis is an experienced implant dentist who holds two postgraduate master’s degrees and has a keen interest in smile in a day restorations. Ioannis places over 400 implants a year alongside sinus lifts and bone regeneration treatment.

Julie Baker
Julie has more than 30 years’ experience as a dental nurse. Along with her expertise as an implant nurse, her warm and calming manner makes her very popular with our patients. She has worked at our clinic since 2019.
Shelley Clifford
Shelley has worked in dentistry for more than 15 years, mostly in implant-focused practice. She started at our clinic as a receptionist and worked her way up to practice manager and treatment coordinator.

No, orthodontics for adults is becoming more and more common. We can talk through your options with you.
We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.
Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.
Fillings repair small holes in your tooth enamel. If they aren’t filled, the decay will deepen. You’ll start to feel pain, and you could end up needing root canal treatment, which is much more significant and costs more. So although you might not feel pain right now, it’s best to repair these holes as soon as possible.

£2,400 price point includes the cost of a single implant, abutment and screw retained porcelain crown. Patients must be aged 18 or over.
Free initial consultations are to discuss options and suitability for treatment. Subsequent clinical examinations and diagnostic tests required, and any associated costs will be discussed prior to treatment commencing. 2. Consultations subject to availability.
