Manage your appointments and data from a single, seamless touchpoint.

How do I access patient portal?

You can access the portal in any of the following ways:

  • Visit patient portal
  • Scan the QR code available at your practice
  • Use the link sent to you via the practice

  • The first time you use patient portal, you must use the email address and mobile number you used to register with the practice. You will receive an email from us asking you to verify your email address. Next, you will be asked to set up a password which you’ll need to remember. We’ll also send you an authentication code to your mobile every time you login (a two-factor authentication process for additional data security).

When you successfully log into the portal for the first time, it will already be populated with your details. If you see that your held information is out of date, you can update it.

Visit patient portal, scan the QR code available in practice, or use the link the practice has sent you. Enter your mobile number to receive a verification link to your mobile. This usually takes less than one minute, but please allow up to 15. You will then be prompted to enter the password you created. The correct entry of all details will take you into your patient portal record.

You can trust Bupa Dental Care to keep your personal data safe. As with medical records, your personal dental data is sensitive, so we protect it from unauthorised access. The patient portal is a secure and robust platform. Each time you log in you will go through a two-factor authentication process, so there are two control stages for each patient. Please refer to privacy for more information.

Tip: To safeguard your account, protect your username and password from others. Do not use public networks or insecure Wi-Fi to access patient portal. We recommend you sign out at the end of the session.

Instead of a menu, you’ll see large buttons with icons. Click on the one you are interested in and follow the instructions. You’ll find patient portal intuitive to use.

No. You can choose to use patient portal all of the time, some of the time, or none of the time. It’s up to you how you use this tool.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please call your dental practice.

If you have forgotten your password, on the login page, click “I have forgotten my password” and you will receive further instructions.

You need your mobile to log in. If you are already logged in using your old number, you can simply update this in 'My Details'. Otherwise, please call the practice so we can update it for you and enable you to log in again.

As patient portal is online, should you need to print anything, you can do this through your web browser.
