Insurance customers accessing documents

We offer a choice of Braille and large print for our letters and literature. Call us on 01784 410 900^ and we’ll aim to provide these by post within 10 working days.

Main policyholders can also view documents online by logging into Bupa Touch. You can zoom in to increase the font size of these documents when using Bupa Touch.

We also offer audio versions of our documents. . Please dial 18001 01784 410 900^ to request these using Relay UK. Their call assistants are bound by confidentiality, so your details will be safe and protected.

All the information and content on our Site, including but not limited to the Materials posted on the Site, attract various legal rights, known as intellectual property rights (“IPRs”), and are protected by laws and treaties around the world. This section applies to any relevant direct debits.

  • This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay direct debits.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your direct debit, Bupa will notify you 10 working days before your account is debited, or as otherwise agreed. If you ask Bupa to collect a payment, we will provide you with confirmation of the amount and date at the time of the request.
  • If Bupa or your bank or building society make an error in direct debit payment, you’re entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you’re not entitled to, you must pay it back when Bupa asks you to.
  • You can cancel a direct debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also let us know.

While we make efforts to try and ensure that any Materials available for download from our Site are free from infection, viruses and/or other harmful code, we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that it will be so. All reports will be directed to a Speak Up Officer who will contact you via our Speak Up website to discuss your concerns. The Speak Up service is completely confidential and, although we encourage openness at Bupa, you can keep your name secret if you prefer.
