Kerrie, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
A home with flourishing gardens in a leafy suburb
Colonia Court is split between four houses. Each offers modern comforts and conveniences in a pleasant environment. There are secure gardens and a variety of rooms for our residents to pursue activities.
Why choose us?
Comfortable spaces to unwind
There are plenty of places to relax, with comfortable lounges in each house.
Our shared dining area includes a bright conservatory, creating a welcoming space to spend time with friends and family.
Relax outdoors in our peaceful gardens
Our gardens are wheelchair-friendly, with plenty of seating so you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.
Raised flower beds make it easy to get involved in gardening, or simply enjoy the colours and scents. We also have our own aviary, where you can sit back and watch the birds throughout the day.
Treat yourself inside our salon
We have an on-site salon, so it’s easy to enjoy a fresh trim without leaving the home.
We believe self-care should be for everyone. Our team supports residents in ways that suit them, whether that’s a haircut, a bit of pampering, or time to relax and feel like themselves.

Our community
We’re part of the local community, so it’s easy to stay connected to the people and things you enjoy.
We’ll support you to keep in touch with friends, follow your interests, and join in with local events and activities.

Our activities
We offer a wide range of activities, with options for people with different interests and mobility needs.
These include:
- Quizzes, puzzles and games
- Seaside, zoo and local trips
- Gentle exercise, such as chair aerobics
- Arts and crafts

- Live music from local performers
Our location
We’re easy to get to, with great transport links and plenty of shops nearby. You’ll find us just outside the city centre, offering a calm and comfortable place to stay while keeping everything within easy reach.
If you like history, you’re in luck. Colchester Castle and St Botolph’s Priory are close by. Clacton-on-Sea is only a 30-minute drive away if you fancy a trip to the coast.
