“Staff had a good rapport with people, and had good knowledge of the people they were looking after which meant that they received a more personalised service. We saw that staff treated people with dignity and respect. People were involved in making decisions about their care and gave positive feedback about the care they received.”
"My mum has been treated with kindness, care, and hope! All the staff are supportive, caring, happy and generally amazing. My mum has improved immensely at the home and for that I am truly grateful to everyone involved. Elmwood seems to understand their residents and any ask is never too big or too small. Everyone goes out of their way to make life better. The home is always clean, tidy and the menu is varied. It has a warming vibe and family feel to the place. My mum is happy here and we would like to thank all the staff for their support and care since arriving."

"We knew from the moment the manager came to assess my husband in the hospital that we had picked the right place for him to stay. All the staff made the whole family feel welcome and could not do enough for us. They were wonderful to him and had little jokes with him to keep him as happy as he could be. He knew all the names of the staff that were looking after him. We would recommend this home to anybody who is in need of care. Thank you."

"Staff are super-friendly and very caring. Support structure is well configured and the nursing team are really on the ball. Very efficient facilitation from the care home manager. My mum seems very happy. Well done!"
