Bupa Touch is now called My Bupa

15 July 2024

Please let your clients know that on 16th July, Bupa Touch is changing its name to My Bupa.

My Bupa lets clients manage their Bupa account, and get health and wellbeing support, on their phone, tablet or desktop computer. This is just a name change. All the Bupa Touch features continue to be available in My Bupa.

You might also like to remind your clients to check they’re making the most of all that My Bupa offers. For example, anyone named on the policy who is aged 16 or over can create their own digital account.

What do your clients need to do?

  • For clients who were already using Bupa Touch, there’s no need to do anything. The app and the website dashboard will automatically update to show the name My Bupa. Their login details will remain the same.
  • For clients who’ve never used the app, create a digital account by downloading the My Bupa app from the Apple store or Google Play. Or, if they prefer, they can use the website version.

What’s in My Bupa?

  • See documents – view and download cover documents and requests for treatment as well as any health assessment reports.
  • Manage claims – submit and track claims, find out when they've been paid and view any previous claims.
  • Find a consultant or therapist – search our online directory for one near you or speak to a nurse any time of the day or night using our Anytime HealthLine.
  • Find wellbeing support – get general health and wellbeing advice for your body and mind or try an online fitness class. We have more than 1,500 so there's something for everyone.
