Nadina is a dietitian and nutritionist, and works as a Health Adviser for Bupa in Bristol. Previously, she worked as a registered dietitian in Athens, Greece for two years, before moving to Bristol to complete a master’s degree in Nutrition, Physical Activity and Public Health.
Nadina provided person-centred dietary and lifestyle advice and support to people with different needs, goals and medical backgrounds. She also empowered them to implement and maintain healthier habits for life.
She is passionate about a holistic approach to lifestyle and wellbeing that doesn’t include just the body or mind. She encourages her clients to approach various aspects of their lives to help enhance their overall mental and physical wellbeing.
Nadina is also involved in research and she recently completed a qualitative study about advice on dietary patterns and type 2 diabetes management. She did this in collaboration with the University of Bristol and members of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
