Dhanish was selected to be the BACD, Dentinal Tubules, Athena Swans, Mentors for dentist student representative, and received the Future of Dentistry Awards’ Entrepreneurial Student of the Year.

Dhanish was also a Densply Sirona Clinical Skills heat finalist as well as being the Former President of the Liverpool Society of Pakistani Culture and former Finance Director at The Pakistani Foundation, which is a social enterprise that provides scholarships for free education for hundreds of children living in deprived areas of Pakistan.

Dhanish is currently undertaking a diploma in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry (under guidance and mentorship in complex fixed and removable ortho-restorative cases) with the former president of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry.

Dhanish has been an Associate Member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry since 2023, and he also actively undertakes charity work outside of dentistry.
