Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
There are many lounges and seating areas for our residents to make use of including a large garden to find a comfy spot.
Enjoy contributing to our greenhouse
Residents are welcome to potter about in our greenhouse growing their own produce.
Sit and walk around our peaceful gardens
Outside, our large garden is beautifully sheltered by lots of mature trees. Residents can make the most of the fresh air in either of our two outdoor seating areas.
Pamper yourself in our onsite salon
We can offer residents a range of beautician options to give them the pampering they deserve.
There’s no typical day at Cleveland House, we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.

“During their most recent inspection, the Care Quality Commission found areas where we need to make changes at this home. We’re determined to provide the very best care, so we’re taking this report extremely seriously and are in the process of making all the required improvements.”
My dad had stayed at Cleveland House, and he asked if he could go and have his other two weeks respite. He had only been there a couple of days, and he asked if he could stay there full-time. Dad has now been in the home for about three weeks, and the difference in him is outstanding. He is happier in himself, and his social interaction is as near as I have seen it in a long time. He's eating well, which is another improvement. My dad has health conditions, and the chef and staff accommodate this for him. A massive big thank you to all the staff at Cleveland House.

I always find the staff smiling, friendly and helpful. My father was comfortable from day one and continues to be so. He continually praises the staff and is always happy with the catering!

This review is based on the kindness, patience, understanding, and efficiency of all the staff. The carer, irrespective of workload always have or find the time to smile and even hug a resident who is having a bad day. Am delighted and happy that we found Cleveland House for my mum, I thank everyone there for allowing us to sleep at night.
