Inclusive Health – supporting non-gendered titles

We are updating our systems to support the introduction of the gender-neutral title (or salutation) of Mx from 1st January 2024 when sending communications to our members.

To support this change, our membership details template will be updated later this year to include Mx and we wanted to give advance notice for our clients of this in the event you need to make a change to the systems you use to provide membership data.

This update applies to business health insurance, dental insurance, clinics and Bupa Global products.
