Cash Plan changes 2024

At Bupa we are investing in our capability to improve Cash Plan. Our team have been working hard to implement system upgrades and we are happy to announce that from 1st of August we will be moving to a new operating platform. This will benefit new business customers first, with existing customers transitioning later this year.

This change is the first step in our ambition to deliver a digital first experience for our customers. We will be developing our Cash Plan product, improving our processes and reviewing our pricing with this change.

The transition will allow for some immediate improvements to our service delivery for clients incepting on/after 1st August 2024:

  • We will move to annually renewable contracts for the first time (taking on board customer feedback).
  • We will have increased flexibility and capability to support proposition development in a more agile way.
  • Our admin processes will be faster and more efficient through less manual quote and enrol processes and better invoicing.
  • Improved MI to support your needs.

We will be sharing further information in the coming months regarding our plans to transition our existing Cash Plan customers on to our new operating platform.
