Full terms and conditions

1. 1. In these terms and conditions, references to “Bupa” are to Bupa Insurance Limited, which may act through its agent Bupa Insurance Services Limited.
2. 2. Eligible SME clients will receive free access to WorkNest’s HR telephone and email support service as part of Bupa Growth+ during the subsequent year of cover (the “Offer”) when renewing its Bupa Select Company PMI Policy (the “Select Policy”) subject to these terms and conditions. The Offer cannot be used against any other Bupa product or service.
3. 3. Bupa Growth+ services are provided by Bupa Occupational Health Limited and WorkNest Limited.
4. 4. The Offer will not be applied in future policy years following the upcoming renewal and subsequent policy year of the Select Policy.
5. 5. The Offer is available to Select Policy holders covering 2 to 25 main members inclusive (the “Eligible SME Client”) who renew their Select Policy directly through Bupa or via an intermediary partner.
6. 6. The Offer is not available for the following:
   
   • a. new SME clients purchasing a Select Policy or switching from an alternative company health insurance provider, or
   • b. existing Bupa clients who hold any policy other than a Select Policy.
7. 7. The Offer is only available for Eligible SME Clients for whom a renewal quote is provided for a Select Policy between 1 July 2023 and 31 August 2023 inclusive. Quotes are valid for 28 days and the Select Policy must have a contract start date between 1 July 2023 and 31 August 2023 inclusive. Bupa’s standard Terms of Business and Bupa Select Policy Terms & Conditions will apply.
8. 8. The Offer will be automatically included for Eligible SME Clients after the next renewal of the Select Policy if a contract start date between 1 July 2023 and 31 August is selected. However, Eligible SME Clients can opt out of the Offer if preferred.
9. 9. Bupa reserves the right to decline to offer a Select Policy in its absolute discretion, and Bupa’s decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final.
10. 10. Bupa reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw the Offer at any point without prior notice.
11. 11. The Offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, has no cash value/alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
12. 12. Bupa will use any personal information in accordance with its privacy notice which can be found at bupa.co.uk/privacy
13. 13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bupa and its group companies shall not be liable to the Eligible SME Client or any of its employees for any claims, damages, or any other losses whatsoever under or in connection with the operation of the Offer.
14. 14. These terms & conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
