Bupa Positive Health is an interactive, proactive health and well-being programme for you to use online. It is free and everyone can benefit, from fast-foodies to fitness fanatics.
All you need to get going is internet and email access at home or at work and you could soon be feeling and performing better.
Important Information
Bupa Positive Health will soon be changing. System updates will mean that from 30 April 2011, Bupa Positive Health will provide new levels of interactivity, functionality and content.
You will need to re-register to use the new service, from the 30 April onwards, which will only take a few moments.
You may also wish to print a copy of your current assessment results as they will no longer be available after this date.
Bupa Positive Health is secure and all users will be given a username and password. Whether logging in at home or at work, employees don't need to worry about anyone being able to access their personal profiles. After 15 minutes unattended, the system automatically logs users out to protect their privacy.
