Valid until 31st December 2009. Voucher entitles the holder to a free contact lens assessment and trial. To qualify for this offer all you need is a recent sight test prescription within the last 12 months and undergo a contact lens assessment to gauge your suitability (normal price £27.50). Free trial applied to first months supply of selected daily reusable lenses up-to the value of £34.95 or 5 day disposable lenses £8.00. No cash alternative.
