New out-patient physiotherapy network
We are introducing a new physiotherapy network and we wanted to provide you with an update on the improvements we are making and what this means for you.
The new Bupa-approved physiotherapy network is designed to provide a consistent and appropriate standard of care for all our members, wherever they are treated. We have ensured that the network offers Bupa members prompt local access to specialist physiotherapy services at a reasonable cost.

Swine flu - update for Bupa members
At 17:11GMT, Thursday 11 June 2009, the Director-General of the WHO, Dr Margaret Chan, announced that the influenza pandemic alert status was being raised from level five to six. This means a pandemic of influenza A(H1N1) (colloquially known as swine flu) has been declared.
