How to claim

There are three easy steps you will need to follow

1. Take a claim form with you to the dentist.

2. Ask your dentist to complete the treatment section on the claim form.

3. Return the completed claim form with original receipts to:

Can I claim immediately?

Yes. You can claim from the first day of your membership.

We aim to reimburse your eligible dental costs within seven to 10 working days after your fully documented claim has been received by Bupa.
