Our company health insurance, Bupa Select allows you to tailor your level of cover according to your business budget and requirements. Select options to reduce the cost or others to enhance your cover. It’s as simple as that, plus join before 31 December 09 to be eligible for a discount of up to 30%**.

Flexible health cover that puts you in control

Bupa Select offers company health insurance that can be tailored for a business of 2 to 250 employees. If you’re looking to cover more than 250 employees view the details of health cover for large businesses. 

Bupa Select core cover offers:

  • £1000 towards out-patient consultations, treatment and diagnostic tests, including £250 towards complementary medicine
  • full refund for in-patient and day-patient hospital charges and accommodation in a Bupa Partnership Network hospital.
  • extensive cancer cover – funding for cancer treatment at every stage
  • up to 45 days of psychiatric treatment¹
  • private ambulance charges – up to £80 per trip
  • £50 NHS cash benefit to cover each night in an NHS hospital†
  • Access to Bupa’s 24-hour Bupa HealthLine
  • Positive Health at no extra cost²

Options that can reduce the cost include:

  • adding a policy excess - options of £100, £150 and £200 are available and can be taken regardless of the cover you choose
  • reducing your out-patient benefit to £750, £500 or £250
  • excluding psychiatric treatment

  • including cash benefits to provide contributions for everyday healthcare costs such as optical, dental and prescription charges.
  • increasing benefits for out-patient treatment to £1500 or even a full refund
